Welcome to Supersticker (“Supersticker”, “we” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our AI-powered sticker generation service, accessible at https://supersticker.app (the “Service”).
By creating an account, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction); (b) have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the Service.
1. Description of the Service
1.1 What we provide
Supersticker is an AI-powered sticker generation platform: you upload a photo (your “Input”), pick a style template, and we generate a 3×3 sticker sheet (the “Output”). The Service is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered over the internet.
1.2 Nature of the Service
The Service is a digital, intangible product. Once a generation job completes you can view and download the Output immediately within the Service. Because of the instant-delivery nature of digital services, refunds are limited as described in Section 7. Each successful generation deducts a fixed number of credits from your account balance (currently 10 credits per sheet); failed generations are not charged, and any credits already deducted are automatically refunded to your balance.
1.3 Third-party AI model dependency
The Service generates images with the OpenAI gpt-image-2 model (developer preview, image editing variant), accessed through the Atlas Cloud platform (atlascloud.ai); the exact model identifier is openai/gpt-image-2-developer/edit. The performance and availability of the Service may be affected by the operational status of this provider; we will notify users promptly of any major disruption. We do not guarantee specific output quality and are not responsible for content generated by the third-party model beyond what is described in these Terms (see Section 8.3).
2. Accounts and security
2.1 Account creation
Using the Service requires an account created with accurate and complete information. You can sign in with an email verification code, Google, Apple, or WeChat.
2.2 Account security
- If you notice any unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately at support@supersticker.app.
- Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
- Keep your billing email address current so you receive order and account notifications.
3. Credits and top-up plans
The Service works on a credit system. You can purchase one-time credit packs at any time; credits are used to generate sticker sheets (currently 10 credits per generation). Several credit pack tiers are available (for example 3,900 / 6,900 / 9,900 credits).
The current tiers, prices and available payment methods are shown in real time on the checkout page and in the “Credits” page of your account. Credit packs and their prices may change from time to time; changes do not affect credits you have already purchased.
4. Billing and payment
4.1 One-time purchase authorization
Each purchase is a one-time transaction. Completing a purchase authorizes us to charge the payment method you selected for the amount displayed at checkout, through our payment processor.
4.2 Payment processor
Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, acting as Merchant of Record. Your payment card data is handled exclusively by Waffo Pancake in accordance with PCI-DSS standards and is never stored on our servers.
4.3 Taxes
Unless stated otherwise, listed prices may not include applicable taxes. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by our payment processor at checkout in accordance with the law.
5. Credit validity and account termination
5.1 Credit validity
Purchased credits remain valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. We will send you a reminder by email before credits are about to expire.
5.2 Account termination
If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms or other reasons, unused credits will be retained for 30 days after termination. After that period, unused credits expire and — unless required by applicable law — are not refundable. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
6. Billing disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at billing@supersticker.app before filing a dispute with your bank. We will respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
7. Refund policy
Consumed credits are generally non-refundable. The following exceptions apply:
- Unused credits within 7 days of purchase: full refund.
- Duplicate charges: if a billing error causes a duplicate charge, the duplicate is refunded in full.
- Statutory rights (EU / UK / Australia and other applicable jurisdictions): eligible first purchases are subject to the statutory right of withdrawal, which no longer applies once the Output has been generated and delivered for the first time.

8. AI content and intellectual property
8.1 Ownership of Output
Subject to these Terms, the Output generated from your Input and prompts belongs to you. You may use the Output for any lawful purpose permitted under Section 9, including personal and commercial use.
8.2 License to Input
By submitting Input to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely to provide the Service to you (including storage, processing and generation). We will not use your Input to train AI models, and we will not provide it to any third party for their own purposes, without your explicit consent.
8.3 Third-party AI models
The Service generates Output using the OpenAI gpt-image-2 model (developer preview, image editing), accessed via Atlas Cloud (atlascloud.ai). Output may be influenced by the provider's model. We do not guarantee specific output quality and assume no liability for content generated by the third-party model.
8.4 Accuracy of AI output
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the Output before relying on or publishing it, and for confirming it does not infringe the likeness rights, intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
9. Acceptable use policy
9.1 Permitted use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms, including personal entertainment, content creation, social sharing and commercial creative projects.
9.2 Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- generate unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful or fraudulent content;
- generate sticker packs of another person’s likeness without authorization, or impersonate real individuals in a deceptive manner (including AI deepfakes);
- generate content involving the sexualization of minors or violating child-protection laws;
- create malware, phishing content or network attack tools;
- infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party;
- circumvent or interfere with the Service’s functionality or security features;
- resell or redistribute access to the Service without prior written approval;
- violate any applicable law, regulation or card network rule.
9.3 AI-merchant specific prohibitions
Given the AI nature of the Service, you also agree not to:
- use the Input, Output, model responses or any derivative data to train, fine-tune, distill or otherwise develop any AI model that competes with the Service;
- scrape or collect Output at scale or systematically for any purpose beyond your personal authorized use.
9.4 Prohibited content categories (content policy)
Without limiting the general prohibitions above, you must not use the Service to create, request, upload or distribute Input or Output containing any of the following:
- Sexual / NSFW content: pornography, nudity or sexual acts; sexualized or erotic depictions of any person (whether real or fictional); content designed to sexually arouse, including sexual innuendo imagery; and any form of sexual content involving adults presented deceptively.
- Violence / gore: graphic bloodshed or injuries; mutilation, dismemberment or corpse imagery; torture or depictions of extreme suffering; gratuitous violence or content glorifying harm to humans or animals.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexualized content involving minors — strictly prohibited; we will remove it, terminate the account and report it to the relevant authorities.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery / deepfake pornography: sexualized depictions of real people created without their consent.
9.5 Reporting and content moderation
Reporting channel. If you encounter content that may violate this policy — whether it is your own Output or another user's — please report it to abuse@supersticker.app (or support@supersticker.app). Please include your account email, the URL or image reference of the content, and a short description of the issue.
Handling time. We acknowledge every report within 1 business day and complete an initial review with a decision (content removal and/or account action) within 3 business days.
Content moderation mechanism. We operate the following controls:
- Generation-time safety filters: the upstream AI model provider applies its own input/output safety filters, which reject the prohibited categories in Section 9.4 at generation time.
- Report-driven review: every user report is reviewed by our team against Section 9.4.
- Remediation: confirmed violations are removed or blocked; where technically possible the generation is deleted from our storage; the responsible account is warned, suspended or terminated depending on severity and repeat offenses; credits spent on removed violating generations are not refunded.
- Escalation: content involving minors or clearly illegal material is reported to the relevant authorities and the account is terminated immediately.
10. Data, privacy and security
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy (https://supersticker.app/privacy). Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor, Waffo Pancake, and is never stored on our servers. Account data (including generation history) is retained for 90 days after account deletion, then removed; generated images stored in object storage are cleaned up along with the account.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
11.1 Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of AI output. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
11.2 AI-generated content disclaimer
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or not as expected. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Verify AI content before acting on it.
11.3 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Term and termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, engage in suspected fraud, or if required by law. If we terminate the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the prepaid unused portion on a pro-rata basis. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@supersticker.app.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the merchant’s place of operation. Before commencing formal proceedings, contact legal@supersticker.app to attempt an informal resolution. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the competent courts of the merchant’s place of operation.
14. General provisions
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms together with the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and us.
