This policy explains how Supersticker (“we”) collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information. We value your privacy and only collect data that is necessary to provide the Service to you.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: the email address you register with (including verification-code sign-in), nickname and avatar, as well as identifiers and email addresses obtained when you sign in via third-party providers such as Google, Apple or WeChat.
- Generated content: the source images you upload and the 3×3 sticker sheets we generate for you (stored in our object storage and accessible only to you).
- Transaction information: credit purchase orders, payment status and amounts. Sensitive data such as payment card numbers is handled directly by our payment processor Waffo Pancake and is never accessible to or stored by us.
- Technical logs: basic request logs (IP address, time, error information) for security and troubleshooting purposes.
2. How we use information
- To provide and maintain the Service (sign-in, generation, credit ledger, history);
- To process orders, refunds and billing disputes;
- To send you necessary account and order notifications;
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or violations of the Terms of Service.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:
- Payment processing: information necessary to process payments is shared with Waffo Pancake (our Merchant of Record);
- AI generation: your uploaded source image is submitted to third-party AI model providers to complete the requested generation; it is not used for any other purpose afterwards (and never for model training);
- Legal requirements: disclosure required by applicable law, subpoena or government request.
4. Storage and retention
Your source images and generated sheets are stored in object storage and are visible only to you when signed in. After your account is deleted, related data is permanently removed within 90 days. Payment transaction records are retained by the payment processor as required by applicable law.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent or object to or restrict processing.
You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@supersticker.app.
6. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
